At Qubek, every order is made to order and shipped directly to you — wherever you are in the world.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, no minimum required. Shipping costs are already built into our product prices, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise fees.

Processing Time

Every Qubek item is printed and made specifically for you after you order, so please allow:

2–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

During high-demand periods (drops, holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always notify you if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order is made, here’s how long delivery typically takes:

Total estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

For example, a US order typically arrives in 5–9 business days from when you place it. International orders typically arrive in 7–25 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order contains different types of products (for example, a t-shirt and a hat), it may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. This is normal — each item is produced and packaged individually to protect its quality.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Qubek has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

Delays

While we work hard to meet every estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • High order volume during sales or new drops
  • Weather or carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
