No Returns or Exchanges
All QUBEK products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand service. This means each item is custom printed specifically for you once an order is placed.
Because of this unique production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size-related replacements.
We strongly encourage you to:
- Review the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order.
- Double-check your selected size, color, and shipping address to ensure everything is accurate.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
While returns aren’t possible, we do stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Include the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (defect, misprint, or damage)
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we’ll gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund—no need to return the damaged item.
Cancellations
Because our fulfillment process starts shortly after your order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, we cannot cancel the order.
Refund Timeframe
If a refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
